Receive Text UpdatesThat’s hard, because depending on who you talk to the dish changes. For my daughter it would be my empanadas. For many of my friends it would be my braised brisket ( I’m of mixed heritage) that they have experienced at my Passover dinner.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration comes from the kitchen’s of every nonna, abuelita, or tia that ever fed me or welcomed me into their home. Food is love and care and that is what I aspire to provide when anyone comes to eat my food.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would start a food truck, with the idea that one day my daughter might be able to run it and support herself.
