Who is your culinary inspiration?My mom is my primary culinary inspiration. She handles everything when we had a huge family gatherings and I was so curious to enter her world and see how she do it, little do I know that I would fall in love with cooking and realizing that cooking is my passion. From there I evolved and started training and honing my skills, and teaching myself everything in the culinary world, which led me to making it a professional career as a private chef and the owner of Zincenzo’s Kitchen, LLC
What would you do with the $25,000?i would use the $25,000 to grow my business into something lasting. I want to invest in professional equipment, expand my menus, strengthen my brand, and create unforgettable dining experiences that bring people together through food.
