I have two the first is a black garlic focaccia style deep dish pizza. The second is a roasted chicken fettuccine with a French onion style béchamel sauce.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My mother. She worked night and day and still would come home and cook and experiment in the kitchen. Not everything was great but she always taught me it’s about the heart you put into it and learning where you went wrong.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would love to invest in a small space for a cafe or even a food truck since I live in a very large city. Winning the $25,000 would completely change everything.
