Receive Text UpdatesI would say I have two. The 1st one is my first ever menu item. The second one is a family favorite. A burger with Strawberry jalapeno compote, lemon balsamic glaze, Thai basil and arugula, goat cheese, grilled ground brisket patty on a brioche bun. Curtis Carnitas on a poblano sope with two bean refried beans, romaine lettuce, pico, jalapeno creama.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My mom and my wife these are the lady’s who inspired and drive me. My mom I loved when she cooked for us growing up. She’s always been happy doing it and always creative. She’s where I get my curiosity of different foods, different combinations, and unique flavors. My wife keeps me humble and grounded. She has schizophrenia thats a challenge everyday especially when it comes to eating. So I challenge myself to make food she likes. She’s my hardest critic and I love it.
What would you do with the $25,000?It would help me get started on doing pop ups and starting my private chef era!
