What is your signature dish?

Beef short rib ragu with homemade tagliatelle pasta. Slow-braised for hours, rich, comforting, and the kind of dish that brings people together around the table.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

Marco Pierre White. I’ve always respected how unapologetic he was about his vision. He didn’t follow trends or try to please everyone. He was the type of chef who cooked with passion and intensity by treating food like art.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest it directly into my culinary career and business. Part of it would help fund my education at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa this fall, while the rest would go toward building my private chef brand, better equipment, and creating more food content online. My goal is to make high-quality food feel exciting and accessible while building a career that inspires people to eat with intention.
