I have many signature dishes but the one I’m best known for is my smash burger at Palm tree club. Although simple, using high-quality ingredients and proper technique, along with paying attention to every detail turns a normal burger into one that rivals any Michelin star restaurant. We won best burger in Miami using this.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I have many role models. I have to say, Anthony Bourdain. Although not the best Chef, but I do appreciate what is helped shaped me professionally and personally it’s his ability to be brutally honest. I feel like honesty through all else has helped me be the best leader in Chef that I can be.
What would you do with the $25,000?I wouldn’t let my wife take a few months off work so she can spend time with our kids and get some much-needed rest and relaxation
