Receive Text UpdatesI do not have a signature dish, however I get compliments on my grilled meats, fishes, seafoods and sauteed vegetables. The compliments typically refer to the food combinations and myriad of choices that I present.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspirations are varied, based on decades of cooking at home along with extensive international travel. I admire a number of chefs, usually those whose kitchen style is similar to my own.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would develop an inner city food co- op as well as teach the science behind growing food, eating clean and proper food combining. After giving back to a community, I would promote myself as a personal chef for hire or food stylist.
