Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandma...she worked at Case Western Reserve University in the cafeteria even as a grown woman she was labeled as the salad girl. The university didn't hired the kitchen staff they worked as contractors never becoming a seasoned employee thus never earning a retirement although they worked back breaking grueling hours for little pay. I admired her resolve and the elegance that she gave to dishes she served at home. The plating let us know that we were special. Everybody loved her food.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use it to redo my kitchen. I have a dream kitchen it just doesn't have the bells and whistles that would make it extraordinary.
