Who is your culinary inspiration?I really appreciate every chef who dedicates their life to this industry. My culinary inspiration was my mom, who had six kids and worked full time job and dinner was always on point, flavorful, simple, delicious and easy. There is lots of talented chefs, with so much vision, drive and creativity.
