Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is Marco Pierre White. I respect his discipline, passion, and old-school approach to cooking, and the fact that he helped shape chefs like Gordon Ramsay.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won $25,000, I would keep cooking for my crew after work, just like I already do, and continue sharing beautiful home-cooked meals with my family at home. Food brings people together, and I would love to keep creating meals that let people enjoy different flavours, cultures, and good company.
