What would you do with the $25,000?With $25,000, I would use the funds toward opening my Creole restaurant by investing in kitchen equipment, permits, food inventory, branding, marketing, and securing a location. The goal is to create a welcoming space that brings people together through authentic Creole and Southern flavors inspired by my family culture and passion for cooking. This investment would help turn my vision into a successful business that serves great food and unforgettable experiences.
