Who is your culinary inspiration?My inspiration comes from the chefs I’ve worked alongside throughout my culinary journey. The kitchen taught me real craft respect for ingredients, discipline under pressure, and creativity from simplicity. Those experiences shaped my style, especially in comfort-driven dishes with bold, honest flavor.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to start my own food truck and bring my food directly to the community. It would help me cover startup costs, equipment, and licensing, and allow me to build something rooted in my culinary experience and passion for bold, comfort-driven dishes.
