Some would debate on my signature dish but the most asked for dishes are Puerto Rican rice, Potato salad, and deviled eggs.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My main culinary inspiration comes from my aunt Maria J Cancel and the food network shows "Chopped" and "Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives". Recently, my inspiration comes from those with Celiac and Alpha gal.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest in the first Bodega that offers authentic PR/DR food in my town. Teaching about the culture through food and making as many recipes as I can safe for all to enjoy.
