What is your signature dish?

My signature dish is captain's Viennese-style with tomato butter. It's a gourmet dish that combines pastries and fish. The acidity of the tomato creates a perfect harmony of flavors, and its creamy texture elevates the dish.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

Several chefs have inspired me and continue to inspire me, such as Chef Lalaina, Chef Yannick Alleno, Guy Savoy, Paul Bocuse, Chef Georgina View, Chef Yapi, Chef Sako, and many others.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000 I could initially set up my Afro fusion cuisine concept (SweCorN') and then develop other branches of my SweCorN' brand such as accessories and textiles (kitchen blouses and aprons, chef's bags) and then cans of fresh corn juice.
