Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration outside of my parents was the late Chef Anthony Bourdain. I grew up watching his shows on food network. I always respected his passion for welcoming all foods, cultures, and stories that came with them. I also loved the idea of traveling around the world to eat and cook, as he did. That’s the type of Chef I aspire to be.
What would you do with the $25,000?With the $25,000 I plan on depositing it into a high yield bank account. That way it can acquire interest until I’m ready to use it as an investment for my restaurant.
