Who is your culinary inspiration?Although there are countless amazing chefs who inspire the culinary world, my greatest inspirations are my Mother, Chef Carla, Chef Kimmy, and Chef Trenita. Their passion, creativity, resilience, and ability to bring people together through food have deeply influenced my own culinary journey and continue to motivate me to grow as a chef every day.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won $25,000, I would invest in creating a meal-prep and delivery brand focused on convenient, high-quality meals with a healthy and flavorful twist. Instead of opening a traditional restaurant with high overhead costs, I would build a scalable business centered around weekly meal plans, specialty cuisine, and wellness-focused options for busy individuals and families.
