I am passionate about crafting each element from scratch, carefully developing the sauce and executing every step with precision and respect for technique. With years of experience in Italian cuisine, it has become an integral part of my culinary identity.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My greatest inspiration is my family and the hardworking people I grew up around. They taught me that food is more than a meal, it is comfort, culture, and connection. Throughout my 28-year culinary journey, I have also been inspired by the chefs, mentors, and teams I’ve worked alongside. Their dedication pushed me to grow from a cook into a culinary leader. Every day, I strive to inspire others the same way they inspired me.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I win the $25,000 my goal is to invest it toward launching my own Italian restaurant by the end of this year. This opportunity would allow me to bring years of culinary experience to life in a space dedicated to authentic, scratch made Italian cuisine. The funding would go directly toward essential equipment, kitchen setup, and foundational operations needed to build a strong and efficient kitchen.
