My signature focus is pasta in all its forms, with a special appreciation for a traditional spaghetti al pomodoro with burrata and infused basil oil. I am passionate about crafting each element from scratch, carefully developing the sauce and executing every step with precision and respect for technique. With years of experience in Italian cuisine, it has become an integral part of my culinary identity.

My greatest inspiration is my family and the hardworking people I grew up around. They taught me that food is more than a meal, it is comfort, culture, and connection.
