Who is your culinary inspiration?The first Chefs' that I ever worked with - John Cantin. He is the Chef/Owner of John's Place in Victoria BC. A fantastic Chef who hired me when I was very young and had very little experience. He was young too, opening a new restaurant with next to no money but he understood what it takes - show up early, work hard, stay late, repeat. I am proud to be a part of his business which continues to be a destination restaurant serving excellent food!
What would you do with the $25,000?Travel. Eat. Be curious. Take my wife to Italy and drive up and down the country stopping where we wanted to breathe and have a sip of wine and a piece of cheese
