What is your signature dish?

Thai Salmon in lemon grass, with a cucumber and pepper salad, death by bacon, bacon burger topped with my award winning fried green tomatoes, and a bacon wrapped brown sugar and ginger glazed scallops. Wine less and cream less shrimp scampi with angel hair padta.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

Many, as a kid when my friends we're watching Saturday morning cartoons, I was watching the Galloping Gourmet, Julia Childs, Justin Wilson. I've just always loved to cook.

What would you do with the $25,000?

We are in the process of opening a tiki bar and restaurant in Florida, I want to do some kind of faith based outreach, the money would go a long way with that.
