My signature dish is rosemary, thyme, garlic grilled lambchops on a bed of couscous with pomegranates, apricots, roasted slice almonds, mint chiffonade for color and pomegranate coolie drizzled on top.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration starts with Carla Hall and thanks to the food Network; Boby Flay, Mario Batali, Guy Fieri, Cat kora and Alton Brown. I am a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu class of 2012, Presidents List with Honors. I love to create dishes based on things that I feel may go together or find ways to mesh flavor profiles. I try to play chopped from the items in my refrigerator just to push my creativity.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I would win, I am looking to donate a large portion to project Kennedy. A foundation that my Daughter started before she lost her battle with cancer. It assists families effected by cancer of all colors. https://projectkennedy.org/
