Who is your culinary inspiration? The entire world homeless population, I was traumatized at 10 years old when I seen a homeless man frozen & dead on Michigan avenue in Chicago. I cried all the way home and decided that I wanted to become a chef to feed the homeless. It started at 10 years old when I would share & bring food to Tommy, he was homeless in my neighborhood I would break my hotdog in half and give him 7 French fries. Currently feeding the homeless in Maui at the homeless shelter.
What would you do with the $25,000?Ask every homeless person that I feed weekly what’s their favorite meal and prepare it everyday for 30 days. That would be @ 50 dinners with 50 menus.
