My signature dish has changed over the years from business to business. I feel my buttermilk fried chicken sandwich for quick-serve. And slow cooking style- red wine braised lamb and short ribs are my fine dining signatures
Who is your culinary inspiration?My inspiration has come from a vast range of different cultures, techniques and people I have worked with. I am inspired by the restaurant industry as a whole and love working with other to service my customers and community
What would you do with the $25,000?I am a small business owner and chef.. I have opened 3 businesses as the sole owner operator alongside different partners offering the alcohol portion. 2 entities sharing a space. I am looking to expand my businesses into their own space in a better location.
