Basically I take Butternut Squash ,Golden beets Parsnips,carrots shallots all roasted 2 whole chickens roasted for the stock S&P a little curry powder,ginger and garlic.and….. Blueberry pie. Anything with vanilla, I have been making my own Vanilla for over 25 years.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I grew up watching Julia Child and the Galluping gourmet on tv and my Mother at home along with my maternal grandfather and paternal grandmother.
