Who is your culinary inspiration?My mother is my greatest culinary inspiration. She taught me that food is love, discipline, and generosity. Watching her cook with instinct, patience, and heart shaped the way I lead a kitchen today. Every dish I create carries a piece of what she gave me.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’d use the $25,000 to honor the woman who taught me everything — my mother. I’d invest in building the kind of kitchen she inspired in me: one built on love, discipline, and feeding people with purpose. Her lessons shaped my path, and this would help me carry her influence into something bigger.
