Who is your culinary inspiration?Ming Tasi... east meets West was my favorite cooking show and it inspired me to go in the industry. I would watch him on PBS as a young teenager and loved how he put his food together. he has been my inspiration for years!
What would you do with the $25,000?MEMITOS TACOS..... that's the name of my future food truck. it's my dream to do something that is genuinely me, and breakfast tacos are the best items I cook! everyone who has had them live them and I want to share that experience with as many people as I can!
