Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration comes from the strong women in my family—my mother, aunts, grandmothers, and great-grandmother—who taught me that food is love, tradition, and bringing people together. Their recipes, hard work, and passion inspired me to create meals that feel homemade, comforting, and unforgettable.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to grow The Greasy Smile by upgrading equipment, expanding my food trailer setup, investing in branding and marketing, and creating more opportunities to serve fresh, affordable food to my community.
