Who is your culinary inspiration?Emeril Lagasse is my celebrity chef inspiration, I do not think you can mention him without mentioning the passion and character he brings to the kitchen. Non-celebrity chef would have to be my mother, she thought me the basics and allowed me to flourish early in the kitchen.
What would you do with the $25,000?With the 25,000 I would definitely start a weekend food business to cater to the needs of our community and take my 5 kids on one more awesome vacation before my oldest graduates in May 2027
