Who is your culinary inspiration?I have gotten most inspiration from the chef I worked under for 9 seasons , Chef Marco Marini . I learned a lot in the kitchen and about life from this chef . He is the reason I am an Executive chef now .
What would you do with the $25,000?I would get new equipment to use with my staff, and new knives , I would put most of it to use In our day today kitchen duties at The Lake Club in Lakewood ranch fl .
