What is your signature dish?

My signature dish is Crispy Skin Salmon — and that skin is going to be golden, shattering, and perfect every single time. That's not a flex, that's just my standard. Now what surrounds it? That's where things get really interesting. I roll with the seasons and I cook with color — always. Who is your culinary inspiration?

My culinary inspiration is Kwame Onwuachi. He cooks with his whole heart, soul & heritage with an unapologetic approach to the diaspora of food from Africa and the Caribbean as well as The Bronx, NYC. This, is the food he grew up eating and he celebrates it

What would you do with the $25,000?

With the $25,000 II will travel to several sites to find a location to start a wellness through food and movement resort partnered with my best friend.
