But I cannot forgot to mention that my big respectations to Julia Child, Massimo Bottura, Yotam Ottolenghi, Allan Duncan, Adrian Ferra.
What would you do with the $25,000?I will love to start a first steps to own my small restaurant with 20 seet, and make the micsologi of old world cuisine flavors combination with my vision and knowledge in the meals. I know that it will be a great help to me to reach the first step of it. I know I will be a next pioner for new culinary vision.
