What is your signature dish?

Com Thit Kho Tau! Vietnamese braised pork with egg on jasmine rice. I reimagined this dish multiple times! I just can’t get enough of it!

Who is your culinary inspiration?

My Grandma. Growing up, Sundays was always a feast! Relatives and friends all joined for full spread lunch and dinner. She would always create, test, & cooked new and unforgettable dishes. Food is not only in my belly, it’s in my blood!

What would you do with the $25,000?

Take a trip to Vietnam, Japan, and Singapore.
