What is your signature dish?

Sunday Dinner Quiche- ...Made with fried chicken pieces, collard greens, cheddar cheese. This is a family recipe originally made from leftovers. The thought process is to make you feel like you eating a Sunday dinner of fried chicken Mac and Cheese , Collard Greens and the crust being a biscuit. Universal Quiche recipe of choice, add fried chicken pieces, collards and cheese. Use 1 single pie crust or homemade.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

Watching my twins return to campus during COVID to better themselves subsequently reminded me to be more grateful towards what I love. During that time Youtube became my friend; I found myself indulging in new cuisine. I guess I can say I became "Freezer Rich" after buying everything you can think of. I committed to weekly themed meals with dishes showcasing a new ingredient or culture I learned.Over time not only did I enhance my craft but I perfected myself to become the best version

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the money to travel across the US with hubby while experiencing a food tour like no other. We would visit local restaurants, food festivals, farmers market and hidden gems. This trip will allow us to enjoy incredible meals, chance to learn about the diverse cultures and communities throughout the country. Most importantly it would create life, long memories and strengthen our bond though shared experiences of traveling and discovering new food together.
