I have too many! My fall time signature dish is ground beef stuffed green peppers with tomato soup. My signature dessert cookie is Lavender Lemon. It's so soft like a fluffy pillow with a pop of lemon and small hint of culinary lavender. This cookie pairs well with tea and coffee!
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is Gordon Ramsey and of course Julia Child.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest the prize money to pursue some additional cake decorating classes and pastry master classes to add to our hard skills. I also want to travel to Slovakia to meet my father's side of the family. It's my biggest dream to meet my father's side of the family. I want to learn family recipes from Slovakia. I want to go back to Croatia and learn more recipes from my grandmother & great grandmother that I am named after.
