Who is your culinary inspiration?My mom’s cooking inspired me to become a chef, and today I use food to celebrate culture, family, and community. Winning Favorite Chef would not only honor my journey, but also help me grow my dream of sharing authentic African flavors with the world.
What would you do with the $25,000?Winning this competition will mean a lot to me because I believe in giving back to the community. One of the first things I plan to do is donate items to an orphanage home in Ghana to support children in need and bring smiles to their faces. The funds will also help me grow my catering business by allowing me to invest in better equipment, expand my menu, and reach more people with the authentic meals.
