I love trying something new! My favorite challenge is ordering a dish at a restaurant and recreating it at home from scratch. I enjoy making everything from scratch, from butters and sauces to fresh pasta. Being an adventurous eater pushes me to constantly learn new techniques and expand my skills in the kitchen.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I’ve always admired Gordon Ramsay for his incredible knowledge and attention to detail. He can look at a dish and immediately know what needs improvement. I also love Alton Brown because he taught me that cooking is a science. Together they’ve inspired me to understand techniques and reasoning to create my own recipes.
What would you do with the $25,000?My fiancé and I are saving for our first home. I would love a home with a large kitchen where I can continue to grow as a cook, experiment with new recipes and bring our friends and family together.
