Who is your culinary inspiration?My biggest culinary inspiration is my mother. growing up in Guatemala I learned that food is more than nourishment-it brings families and communities together. her cooking, combined with my Guatemalan roots surrounded by bold flavors, homemade recipes, and the chefs who mentored my career helped shape my discipline and creativity, but my mother’s cooking and my community continue to inspire the soul behind every dish I create.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest the $25,000 into growing Perfect Brunch Bros by improving kitchen equipment, expanding our brunch and coffee program, and creating more opportunities for my team and community. I also want to continue elevating Guatemalan cuisine through modern brunch concepts while building a stronger future for my family and the next generation.
