It's comfort food with a twist, made from generations of tradition and a whole lot of love. People are often surprised by how something so simple can be so incredibly delicious, but one bite and they're hooked!
Who is your culinary inspiration?I have always had a passion for food and the art and skill of preparing. It started when I was young and in the kitchen with my grandma watching and learning.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would love to when to help my mom with some medical bills, and to be able to start a food truck that has always been my dream. I had to pause to be able to pour into my family and kids. But they are grown now and I can finally start my dream
