While it’s deceptively simple, it requires technical precision to achieve its characteristically silky, velvet texture without cracks or browning. By focusing entirely on the purity of the vanilla and the bake, it showcases my philosophy as a baker: uncompromised ingredients, technique and the elegance of restraint.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My ultimate culinary inspiration is the intersection of rigorous, classical technique and elegant, modern entertaining. I am deeply inspired by the heritage of the classical pastry and culinary arts, which taught me the value of precision, patience, patience and high standards. My goal as a chef is to take that technical foundation and use it elevate familiar, comforting dishes into sophisticated unforgettable meals highlighting the ingredients and creating unforgettable experiences.
