What is your signature dish?

My Island Cruiser. It’s setup with sweet plantain roasted and opened up like a banana boat followed by jerk'd ground turkey and peppers.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

My mom is my culinary inspiration because she taught me that food is more than a meal, it’s love, culture, sacrifice, and connection. Watching her cook showed me how powerful a dish can be in bringing people together and creating memories. Her passion, resilience, and ability to make something special out of anything inspired the foundation of who I am as a chef and the heart behind Ebube Cuisine.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With the $25,000, I want to take my culinary skills to the next level by investing in the future of Ebube Cuisine. My goal is to open a restaurant or launch a food truck that can travel and bring my food to different cities and communities. I want to expand my brand, create unforgettable experiences through food, and inspire others by showing that passion, culture, and hard work can turn a dream into reality.
