I love combining comfort food with bold flavors and creating meals that feel unforgettable from the first bite. Food, to me, is about bringing people together, creating memories, and giving people an experience they can actually feel.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration comes from a mix of home cooking, street food culture, and chefs who aren’t afraid to break the rules. I admire people who turn simple comfort food into something creative and unforgettable. Growing up, food was always tied to good memories, laughter, and family, and that’s the energy I try to bring into every dish I make.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to help build our tiny home and create a space where we can truly live simply, comfortably, and creatively. It would go toward insulation, utilities, essential upgrades, and making the home fully functional year-round in Alberta winters. Having a stable home would also give me the freedom to keep growing my passion for cooking, creating content, and building something meaningful for our future.
