This is tough because I love exploring new variations if I had to choose though I'd say... A marinated bone in pork chop, or pork loin, with different colored sweet potatoes, Gorgonzola brussels sprouts, and a pan sauce to die for!
Who is your culinary inspiration?Marco Pierre White is my inspiration because i definitely had a big lack of confidence starting off. Watching his old clips and hearing the way he navigated and knew that a lot of people wouldn't understand his Vision. Which is why "Vision" would be the name of my restaurant.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the 25,000 to get started on my first food truck. Which would bring me income for my charity as well as raise money to open my very own restaurant(s). I would finally be in charge so I can spread my ideas and flavors with everyone!
