Who is your culinary inspiration?Chef Jamie McAfee he was one of my instructors at the culinary institute that I went to he taught soups stocks and sauces and food for he was a great inspiration to me always challenging me to do my best think outside the box and reimagine my food He's a great inspiration.
What would you do with the $25,000?I am looking forward to having the best food truck anybody has ever seen because I'm doing my own marketing I want to catch their eyes and after I catch their eyes I want to catch their taste buds and that's what that $25,000 would help me do
