What is your signature dish?

Kubbe - Iraqi soup dumplings. A taste of Baghdad. Tender semolina dumplings naturally colored with organic beet root and filled with spiced beef & lamb, roasted pine nuts, fresh herbs, and sweet raisins—delicately seasoned with traditional Middle Eastern spices. Cooked in sweet &sour beet& mint soup This is the most festive dish from the iraqian kitchen.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

My iraqi heritage & my grandmother's recipe that pass through generations. I love to honor my roots by preserving authentic flavors and sharing my ancestral food .

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would love to start a restaurant with traditional iraqi food, special pastries and desserts.
