What is your signature dish?

We have a few but something that noone does in my area is Tigelle. Our Tigelle is a cross between a yeast roll and english muffin, soft and fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. We serve it with Burrata Cheese, Fig Jam, Seasonal Salad, and Prosciutto

Who is your culinary inspiration?

My family. The reason for that is my family is very diverse and Thanksgiving is multicultural experience but also our Southern classic that just brings us together.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the money for my business which is a pasta business called Pasta Guru. We would open up our brick and mortar in my hometown, Greenville, SC
