This was the hardest question for me to answer because I love challenging myself with new dishes and learning from every recipe I create. One of my recent crowd favorites was homemade ravioli with a seasonal mushroom and ricotta filling, finished in a rich butter mushroom sauce. It may sound simple, but I believe the best dishes often are. With quality ingredients, patience, and care put into every ravioli, it became something truly comforting and memorable.

Whenever I’m asked what inspired me to start cooking and dive into culinary, one person always comes to mind. My high school culinary teacher. She was more than just a teacher to me. She supported me through difficult times and showed me the passion, science, creativity, and artistry behind food.I owe so much of my knowledge, skills, and love for culinary to her, and I’ll always be grateful for everything she taught me both in and outside the kitchen.

Saying I want to invest into my business isn’t the half of it. I want my business to nourish people in every way possible not just by filling their bellies with good food, but by filling their hearts with community, conversation, and the feeling of being home. My goal is to create something my family can be proud of and my community can lean on, gather around, and grow with for years to come.
