My signature dish is probably fresh pasta - maybe Sicilian lasagna. Not the typical American fare - made authentically with spinach pasta layers and meat sauce with Béchamel and fresh mozzarella - beautiful Parmesan - baked until beautiful golden and bubbly.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Well Chef Anne was my absolute favorite in the world! But I also adore many of the most wonderful chefs. Chef Batali - Chef Alex - Chef Carla! I adore them. I have met a handful of the greats and consider it an honor!!
What would you do with the $25,000?I’d probably remodel my kitchen. After a recent divorce and my kids all becoming adults it’s just me for the first time since I was super young. So I’d take the opportunity to make my kitchen the exact kitchen to cook and share my meals.
