I don't have one signature dish but I make darn good soups ! I get asked for my baked cod au gratin and lemon chicken often.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My 1st ever cooking job was for a chef named Stephen Adams and while he taught me he made my love of feeding people grow into my life long passion. I am now a red seal and still love what I do daily !
What would you do with the $25,000?I would pay off my debt, take a small vacation and put the rest towards either a food truck or catering company !
