Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is truly anything soup and stew related, but my absolute favorite to make is kale white bean soup. It fills the soul while nourishing the body—comforting, hearty, and made with love in every spoonful.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is my former Head Chef, Chef Giovanni Delrosario. May he rest in peace. He was an incredible teacher who inspired me to pursue my passion for cooking and taught me the importance of preparing food with skill, creativity, and heart. My first love of food, however, began much earlier with my grandfather, Ed Cobb of Kinston, North Carolina. He had a larger-than-life presence in the kitchen and believed in abundance and hospitality. He would make 2 of everything for breakfast
What would you do with the $25,000?I would ainvest in my dream of combining food, wellness, and personal growth through community events, classes, and outreach programs. As a military spouse, educator, life coach, and chef, I have always believed that food has the power to heal, connect, and inspire. Winning this prize would help me turn that vision into an even greater reality while creating a lasting impact for the people I serve.
