Receive Text UpdatesI don’t really have one dish but I consider myself a Sauce Boss! I love creating sauces to complement pork, beef and chicken. From mushrooms and herbs to mustard and cherries. I experiment with them all!
Who is your culinary inspiration?My dad. I learned to cook by taste and smell from him. He never followed recipes and taught me to trust my instincts. Not being afraid to try new combinations and learn from each effort.
What would you do with the $25,000?Having been underemployed for almost 2 years now, most would go to bills and rebuilding savings. But I’d keep enough for a foodie vacation. We usually plan our trips around where and what we eat!
