Receive Text UpdatesNot really a dish but I would have to go with booyah. If you’re unfamiliar it’s pretty much kitchen sink soup. My little secret is smoked brisket along with chicken & all sorts of vegetables in a smooth silky bone broth.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Besides many of the food network crew I find inspiration from my other coworkers. Young or old we share so much & develop recipes along with our relationships.
What would you do with the $25,000?A commercial kitchen that could be rented out for pop ups or prep kitchen for any food trucks or anyone that just needs a more than a home kitchen for events. Catering, teaching cooking classes or maybe even some private chef kind of stuff. A soup & sammich truck has been marinating in my brain too.
